How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally (and immediately). Unnati silks will send a confirmation mail for your order, to the email address associated with your Unnati silks order/account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID for your reference with our customer service team, a listing of the item/s you have ordered and an expected time of delivery.

What if I didn’t get what I am looking for?

We have more then 300 varieties of sarees and salwar kameez in our offline stores and more then 100 plus varieties on the online store. We add selected varieties and selected pieces on the online store based on customer preferences. Due to practical reasons we cannot add all the varieties in which we deal on the online store. So it might be that the variety or the product which you are looking for is not available on our online store but is available in the offline store.

Are your prices Lowest?

Yes. We manufacture our products and thus can offer the lowest prices since there are no middlemen. This is directly from the manufacturer to the customer.

What are new arrivals?

These are the products which are newly added on our online shop.

Will we get the same product what we see?

Yes what you see is what you get. But the color of the product can be slightly varied from the product image in some cases although we try to keep the image as close as possible to actual product color.

Measurements and Other queries

Are your sarees accompanied with Blouse pieces?

Majority of our sarees have blouse pieces accompanied with them. Where it is not available, the same would be mentioned on the product detail view page.

Please note that our sarees have unstitched blouse pieces only.

Are your salwar kameez stitched?

Our Salwar Kameez are unstitched fabric or dress material. They are not stitched.

Custom Products/ Uniform Sarees and Salwar Kameez

I want to buy a particular product or design in bulk?

Yes we do. You can get multiple items of similar designs. As we have in house designers, craftsmen and manufacturing facility, creating any item in any combination of fabric, colour, cut is not a problem. For more details go to our Uniform Sarees and Salwar Kameez Section.

Payments

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on Unnati silks (Octroi, Sales Tax)?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with Unnatisilks. We offer free delivery if the order is Rs. 100 or over, otherwise you will be charged an additional Rs. 30 for delivery. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item. The delivery is free for the retail clients. If any octroi, sales tax or custom’s duty is charged then it has be borne by the client.

What is Cash on Delivery?

Cash-on-Delivery (C-o-D) is an alternate method of purchasing from us, other than Online (By Credit/Debit card and Netbanking) and Cheque/DD/Money Order. In the C-o-D payment terms or C-o-D service, you pay at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. An extra Rs.100 is charged for the same.

How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard both Indian and International. Customers will need to key in their 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private.

Order Status

How do I check the current status of my orders?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the “My Account” link in the top right of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can see the status of all orders.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order. Since most of the products are ready for shipment, we usually dispatch the parcel within 24 hours time.

How do I estimate the shipping charges?

Once you add the products in your shopping bag, you can just click on your shopping bag to see your bag. Over their, There is a shipping estimator also. You can just select the country where the products are to be shipped and estimate the shipping cost.
